Going out on a limb then:  I don't  think this great classical style bass melody is very well suited to the lagging feel of a wub approach, esp. when it brightly  takes center stage. The muted version worked much better, imo. Loved the interjecting wubs and wublets, though.

Great DnB track ruined by fake vinyl noise. I personally don't get the point of adding artefacts the like this to a track especially at the levels you had it here which was too high.

Love this. The vinyl lends itself well to the 'analog, hurried, and sparse' character of this D&B track. I totally dig it.👍🍺
