This melody is found in Upper Egypt, specifically in Moharraq Monastery, the church of St. John of Heraclia and in Assiut. The cantors that preserved this song were Cantor Tawfik Youssef, Cantor Habib Hennawy and Cantor Fayez of Assiut.. In Arabic its title is "Ah ya nayem". It is to be chanted liturgically during communion on Bright Saturday AFTER Banoudi Banoudi (Panouti Panouti).

The elaborate imagery in St. John’s book of Revelation describes the magnificence of this eternity in which there will be no more pain, tears, or suffering, but the Church will be forever joyful with Her Groom whose light shines brighter than can be comprehended. With excitement and patience, with eagerness and diligence, with hope and love, the Church eagerly waits for this Day. Come quickly, Amen!
