I keep my temper in a cage, I keep my hands still
But my chest is a war zone and my heart won’t chill
I tried to hold the pieces, tried to breathe through blame
But love turned into distance wearing my name
I’m smiling like I’m fine, but I’m breaking in place
And the echo of you don’t leave a trace

We’re drowning in quiet, we’re bleeding in stereo
Hold the pain steady—don’t let it show
