It recorded in the house of friends and my grandparents. 
I was scolded when later noisy to the grandmother. 
高校生のときの曲です。即興で作りました。友人達と祖父母の家で録音しました。後で祖母にうるさいと怒られました。

HappyMuzik(1982)

These days, I began and bought a rhythm machine. 
It is a name of Dr.Rhythm DR-110. 
The easy program was made although it was a very cheap musical instrument. 
As that time, it was a surprising thing. 

It became the big power for multi-recording. 
This overlaps with electric pop history. 

この頃、私は始めてリズムボックスを買いました。
Dr.Rhythm DR-110というリズムボックスです。
非常に安いのに、簡単なプログラムが出来ました。
当時としては、それは驚くべきことでした。

このリズムマシンの導入は、
私の多重録音活動に、大きな力となりました。
そして、これは、エレクトリックポップの歴史と重なるのです。

当時の私はシンセサイザーを持っていませんでした。
マイクもありません。
エレクトリックギターもベースもありません。
もちろん、ドラムもリズムマシンもありません。

でも、私はニューウエーヴやテクノポップがやりたかったのです。

そこで、私は家にあるもので、演奏することにしました。

工作で作ったインターホンで電子音を鳴らすことにしました。
父の古いガットギターをベースの代わりにし、
イヤホンをマイクの代わりにしました。
空き缶を集めて、パーカションにしました。

それらを即興で演奏して、テープレコーダーで多重録音したのがこの曲です。

「うわん」とは、妖怪の名前です。

「うわん」は、古い寺の近くにいて、
通行人に「うわん」という叫び声を上げて驚かせます。
この叫び声が、そのままこの妖怪の名前になったようです。
もし、通行人がこの妖怪に対して
「うわん」と言い返せば撃退出来るといわれています。

うわん - 予期せぬ声

当時この「うわん」が大のお気に入りで
この曲を作りました。
歌詞は、私と同様にうわんにハマっていた友人と一緒に作りました。

この演奏には、私のバンドのギタリストが参加しています。
彼は「うわん」という叫び声も上げています。

リズム音は親戚の家にあったエレクトーンを使用しました。
シンセサイザーは、MS-20を使っています。
よく聴くと、肉声の「うわん」の声の他に
MS-20で作った「うわん」の声も入っています。

ちなみに、デジタルスの「ビバ　パンク」という作品は、
この曲を作り直したものです。


UWAN - Unexpected voice - (1982)

"UWAN" is a "YOKAI".
"YOKAI"  is a ghost of the Japanese folklore.

I raise a cry called "UWAN" and surprise a passerby.
This cry just becomes the name of this ghost.
If a passerby says "UWAN" to this ghost back, passerby can repulse it.

I made a work based on this legend.
It is this music.

I settled the text with my friend.
The guitarist of my band participates in this performance.
He raises the cry called "UWAN".

The rhythm sound used an Electone in accord with the house of the relative.

By the way, the work called "Viva Punk" of The Digitals(JPN),
I remade this music.

My Music : The Early Years 1980-1989

It is my original music of the 80s. 

Early music carries out multiplex recording using two tape recorders most. 
The early work recorded by removing the erase head of a tape recorder most. 

Or I use cassette deck for LL made for teaching materials use of the English conversation.

LL is the abbreviated designation of the language laboratory.
The sound of the copybook is recorded on one of the stereo.
And I record one's voice in the other channel.
I compare it to listen to them and learn right pronunciation.

To perform this method,
The tape recorder which could perform the recording of right and left independently was prepared.
This function becomes same as the multitrack recorder of 2 trucks.

My parents bought these teaching materials.
Of course to let you study English conversation.
When I took it to me, this was very happy.
But I did not help study.

In addition, the house of grandparents had it
I use the tape recorder of an old open reel type.
This featured what I could change number of revolutions into greatly.

After that, it is recording using the multi-track recorder. 

All the recording of me of the 80s is recorded to a cassette tape. 
The sequencer were introduced into the performance after entering in the 90s. 
Furthermore, hard disk recording using MAC was begun after the 21st century comes. 

私の８０年代のオリジナル音楽です。

初期の曲は、いわゆる”ピンポン録音”と呼ばれる、テープレコーダーを２台使う手法で多重レコーディングをしたものです。
最も初期の作品は、テープレコーダーの消去ヘッドを外してレコーディングをしました。

あるいは、英会話の教材用として作られたLL用のカセットデッキを使用しています。

LLとは、ランゲージ・ラボラトリーの略称です。
ステレオの片方に手本の音声が録音されています。
そして、もう片方のチャンネルに自分の声を録音します。
それらを聴き比べて、正しい発音を学ぶのです。

この方法を行うために、
左右の録音を独立して行うことが出来るテープレコーダーが用意されました。
この機能は、２トラックのマルチトラックレコーダーと同じということになります。

私の両親は、この教材を買ってくれました。
もちろん、英会話を勉強させるために。
これは、私に取ってはとても幸いなことでした。
ただし、勉強には役立ちませんでした。

また、祖父母の家にあった
古いオープンリールタイプのテープレコーダーも使用しています。
これは、回転数を大きく変えることが出来るのが魅力でした。

その後は、マルチトラックレコーダーを使ってレコーディングをしています。

８０年代、全ての作品をカセットテープに録音していました。
演奏にシーケンサーを導入するのは、９０年代に入ってからです。
さらに、MACを使ったハードディスクレコーディングを始めたのは、２１世紀になってからでした。
