• Rough Sleeping – In one of the richest cities in the world, thousands still sleep on the streets.

• A coordinated “One London” strategy combining Met Police, BTP, TfL, and borough councils

• “Right to Build Small” initiative – allowing local builders to develop ≤20-unit projects using pre-approved plans
• Develop key-worker housing on public land with rent-to-own pathways
