<p>We are extremely happy to have the one and only Gayle San on phobiq with her &#8220;Survival&#8221; track, and Mark Reeve&#8217;s interpretation is up first to set us up for what&#8217;s to follow. Taking a more subliminal route, we are introduced to a dubbed-out number which turns into a percussion-led stormer, with the Original&#8217;s synths making an appearance during the break down. The Original Mix lets mighty chord stabs lead the way, while soaring electronics create a thick atmosphere under which the rocksteady rhythm section grinds away effortlessly.</p>

Opening with the tension building “Elements Intro” the original mix of “Elements” is next on the EP and hits hard with its thundering kick drum fused with atmospheric vocals. Lifting things up a gear is the acid-tinged “System” before the dramatic bass stabs and twisted euphoria of “We Are Close” takes control. “Tragic Life” closes the EP in style with emotive synths and machine driven percussion.
