recorded onto an old iphone after the non-indictment of mike browns killer in preparation for a house show… i decided to perform this, but i needed to try the idea, this is that ‘try’’ 

i eventually played the speech to a packed living room of people and it was intense. various discussions were held after my set with me and amongst others on their own. it was fantastic ive been asked to perform it several times since, but have not. it is very difficult to play music while these words cut to the reality, upon reflection… nothing has really changed much; socially, culturally

the audio of the speech is playing loud to my basement from my old iphone connected to a guitar amp. i am playing electric guitar thru my pedal board and three other guitar amps. all sounds created realtime, no overdubs.
