Ups and downs highs and lows was a song written during a low point in my life. I was homeless and had nowhere to go. Knowing no other way to express myself at that time, I wrote this song. And it is a classic!! Everybody has them "ups and downs, highs and lows."

This track is an ode to the super producer JB Swift. I also wrote this in remembrance of Trayvon Martin, a young man killed by senseless violence which could have been avoided. It is time for the killing to stop and the healing to begin - r u in!!!!
