FM Slap for ARGON8

This track was an experiment to create a full piece using only the Modal Electronics ARGON 8 synth. This track uses 100% custom patches I developed over the past few months. All the drums, bass, pads and synth sounds are coming direct from the ARGON 8. Only some channel E.Q. and compression to make it more listenable. Enjoy!

IMMERSION PART 1

It's friday and time for some waves!  Modal'er Paul Maddox has been playing with Modal 002's animator to create these wonderfully lush sweeps of some of the 002's waveforms, we think they show just how complex the sounds that Modal 002 can produce are.

Waveinator

We've been busy making some sounds for 002, here's one based on a sound from 002 owner Barry Neilsen, that has been edited and tweaked, enjoy.
Just started off the arpeggiator and changed a few notes, the waveforms change randomly with each new note.

Malaysian Arp

Modal 002 using a complex animation (6 rows, 32 steps), waveforms changing, mix levels changing and oscillator pitches changing.

Airy digital sound with added warmth from a touch of VCF over drive.
