Heisenburg label-head Saktu has been in the game for over twenty years, releasing minimal and micro house on the likes of Kina Music, RAWAX and Mobilee amongst a ton of self-released goodness on his own imprint. It’s an honour to welcome this gifted producer to Hossh for our final release.

The two track EP opens with Eye Of Detroit, a deep, well crafted Tech-House nod to the Motor City. Infusing shuffling high hats and a near jazzy, pulsating baseline, the track gives off an understated energy that could easily be seen in the peak of the dance or in the small hours. Kak Skazat comes in at the chuggy, electro-inspired end of the minimal spectrum with a weighty groove and some wonky bleep lines to close this wicked two-tracker from Saktu.
