The monthly "Clen's List" playlists comes from the great music that comes across on Soundcloud each month and want to share with others. Of course this wouldn't be possible without the work of all the producers, reposters, promoters, and suggestions from others, so thanks and big up to everyone out there sharing and producing these sounds.

Another goal of these lists is to promote the artists producing the tunes. There are some really incredible less known productions that float around and just don't wind up in the "spotlight". By including these productions in the lists, hopefully these great works get their time in the spotlight.

Look out for a new list around the end of each month.

P.S. Overtime the lists lose tracks that were originally included. I do not know if this is due to artists removing their tracks from Soundcloud (or the tracks get bought by a record company and then removed), or if there is another reason. I will try to keep these lists as up to date and as close to how they were originally as best as possible. As of February 2014 the original list will be in the bottom of the description.

And the sun rose on the mountain, like a knell ringing, resounding in the sky. This story so transparent in its simplicity, if crystalline, was collected by a Reverend - the Komitas father; Armenian musician, musicologist and anthropologist, who is in Armenia, a few years later, in his vast and patient work of musicological collection of popular music of his country.

# Biography

No straight line to follow, no seasonal sound – his mind is yet too wide to dive through it all. Mode Apart’s music is about to find its place in the growing universe of electronic sounds. His productions always shine with a unique fusion of wide & diversive electronic genres with much originality.
 
Born in the late 80’s he was influenced by Prodigy, the sound of Kosheen and Squarepusher. Right after he slowly discovered the world of Drum and Bass and later emotional house material with his earlier alias Jontey. Now he is evolving his unique sound in the forms of Progressive House & Melodic Techno.

Don’t be surprised if one of his anthems will find its way into your playlists in the future.
