De todas as qualidades que a música tem para oferecer, talvez uma das mais extraordinárias seja a possibilidade de se associar a qualquer momento ou sentimento. Talvez seja a capacidade e a facilidade como consegue despertar todo o tipo de emoções e sensações, não importando o motivo ou o sentido, a razão ou a lógica. O que realmente importa é o que se sente.

E o que Model R faz sente e faz sentir é uma união de sons, dois tons, um preto, um branco. São criações, fusões e derivações de música electrónica, umas vezes minimalistas e directas, umas vezes introspectivas e complexas. Obscuro, enigmático e eclético, do hipnotismo de Berlin ao "vazio" de Detroit, no seu perfil conjuga um estilo e uma técnica peculiares. Combina formatos analógicos e digitais. Combina influências contemporâneas e ancestrais, desde Kraftwerk a Jeff Mills.

No final, mais do que uma personalidade, tem uma essência. Mais do que uma identidade, é a sua existência.


Of all the exciting experiences that music has to offer, perhaps one of the most extraordinary thing is the possibility that we have to join a moment to a feeling. Maybe that´s the ability to arouse all kinds of emotions and feelings, no matter what reason, what kind of sense or logic: what really matters is what you feel inside. 
And what Model R feels and transmits is a union of sounds on two tones: one black, one white. These are creations, mergers and derivations of electronic music, sometimes minimalist and direct, other times introspective and complex.

Obscure, enigmatic and eclectic, from the hypnotism of Berlin to the emptiness of Detroit, on its profile it combines a special kind of style to a unique technique. It combines analog and digital formats; it combines contemporary influences and ancestors (from Kraftwerk to Jeff Mills) .

In the end of the line, more than one personality it has its own essence. 
More than one identity, it´s an existence.
