Larynx was crafted entirely from sounds made from frankwillo's body. These range from vocal sounds to EEG recordings of her brain waves during REM sleep. With the use of samplers, vocoders, and processing techniques, these sounds have been transformed to create convincing percussion and synthesiser sounds. 

Everything you hear is the human body. No other instruments have been used.
