We are delighted to welcome Swedish producer Whirl with his superb 'Time Arc EP' to ICONYC. The talented producer has been causing a stir within the scene with his unique and lasting productions. Whirl developed an inimitable style of music, full of drive, paired with despondent and warm dreamy patterns that guided them to where he is today and embodies the sound, he now personifies. 
 
On his debut Whirl leads with the outstanding 'Aevum'; a stunning driving melodic affair with some techno elements for good measure. The track utilizes a deep groove as foundation, underpinned by a profound bass and driving synth chords that gradually ease their way to the summit. Unified by a deep kick drum and dusky atmospheric emotion, the composition climaxes by adding recurrent percussive elements and soft soaked melodies that come together to create a structured sphere of sonic satisfaction. Clever synth phrases complete the picture to create an ingeniously worked piece of art. 

The melodic soundscapes of the accompanying track 'Arc' rounds off this spectacular release. Whirl's influences are immediately evident as subtle freeform concepts drift through percussive inspired instrumentations. Rippling melodies trip along a deep kick that anchors an auricular montage to create a special sonic infused moment, complemented by a stunning groove that is going to leave a mark on your aural perception. Stunningly textured pads that warm the soul and a strong melodic infused bassline provide the base for this inspired piece to play out in delayed glory. Essential stuff!

With Whirl's debut outing on ICONYC, he takes his talents a step further to round off this brilliant underground 2 track crowd pleaser. When one of house music’s most enduring anthems meets the cosmic elegance of a contemporary deep cut, magic happens. House Music With Love proudly presents Last Rhythm Vs. Originally released in 1991, “Last Rhythm” by Italian duo Last Rhythm became an instant underground classic, topping UK Dance charts and cementing itself as a beloved old-school house staple. Fast forward to today, and Swedish indie-disco craftsman Martin Brodin brings his modern-day celestial groove “Galaxis” to the table.

At the helm of this fusion are Nick Warren — legendary DJ, producer, and tastemaker with a career spanning the golden age of progressive house to the present — and his Argentinian studio partner Nicolas Rada, known for his deep, hypnotic melodic touch. His real name is Dave, and he was constantly immersed in a world of instruments, music, and records from a young age.
