We return to 1996 the summer of the Funkiest UK Garage and Progressive Basslines! Still very underground only to become the standard in London clubs a year later, further on after a successful decade later. It’s a genre that rivalled Drum and Bass, RnB and the giant House music. Fashion changes of the time reflected designer brands(the standard) and champagne drinking. Every clubber smiled and were happy. Unity was such that they all danced as one, 
regardless of Colour Culture Origins. (Possibly a time now gone).

For our first mix of 2021 we are joined by the Swedish badman Toof. We were lucky to meet Toof back in Berlin a couple of years ago for Operates party at Griessmühle. Toof has been flying the international flag for Garage out in his home of Stockholm with a string of events for Garage Sessions and his new Project The Bloc. Over the past couple of years he's been working away in the studio with a number of quality releases on Dimsum Records, Ec2a, and his own project The Bloc. 

It’s a privilege to have Toof on board for an hour of shuffley delights across the board, proving that UKG isn’t just a London thing anymore.
