O álbum 'Eu Sou A Maré Viva' marca um momento de maturidade e ousadia da Fresno. Faixas como 'Manifesto' e 'À Prova de Balas' mostram a predileção da banda por arranjos pesados e épicos, fazendo uso de orquestrações reais e recursos eletrônicos.

Neste EP de remixes, três faixas do disco foram reinterpretadas por nomes de grande expressão da produção eletrônica brasileira, que está cada vez mais em alta no exterior. FTampa e Dirtyloud, expoentes da EDM respeitados globalmente, ambos de Belo Horizonte, trazem arrojo e distorções graves para as canções, em alguns momentos as deixando completamente diferentes da versão original, trazendo interpretações 100% para as canções. Já a versão de 'Manifesto', que no disco já contava com a participação de Lenine e Emicida, nesse EP conta com a remixagem do duo Modern DEALER, de São Paulo, que foi buscar nas batidas jamaicanas e no baixos graves do dubstep americano a inspiração para seu remix.

Esse lançamento celebra uma atitude pela qual a banda já é conhecida, que é a de permanentemente derrubar muros preconcebidos e apagar fronteiras musicais, com arrojo e personalidade em seus arranjos. O flerte com a música eletrônica já vem de longe, desde 'Revanche', álbum de 2010 que foi indicado ao Grammy e que marcou a entrada de Mario Camelo (tecladista) para a formação oficial do grupo. Lucas, vocalista e produtor de 'Eu Sou A Maré Viva' também já fez um grande barulho no cenário da EDM brasileira ao lançar, em 2011, seu projeto solo SIRsir, que marca as suas primeiras produções de electro-house e indie-dance, todas lançadas através de respeitados selos internacionais.

A pré-venda do EP 'Eu Sou A Maré Viva: REMIXES' começa no iTunes, dia 12 de agosto. O lançamento oficial ocorre no dia 19, uma semana depois.

Following the recent EDC Vegas support, 'Drama Queen' has received an enormous amount of support in the pre-release stages; hold on though, we have an insane pack of remixes to follow.
