my depression has been taking over lately and I don’t feel secure in a lot of things at the moment... although life seems to be treating me pleasantly at this time. I have great friends and things to look forward to but I find myself holding onto the negatives and what ifs. It would be so much easier to give up. don’t you think?

Remember when I asked you if it was my fault? 
You hugged me and you promised it wasn’t my fault at all. Tears in my eyes like rain drops as they fall.
Season start to change once again before I get the chance to crawl. 
Promised me a summer in the winter, now look at us, no longer together.
