Voyager

Method: vintage lemon drop, voice, field recordings into some of the following: roland vt4, obne dweller, warm audio foxy, zoom r 20, samplitude.
Narration: This is a poem about growing up. I will not include an interlinear translation. Both the nuclear mushroom and the moon are visible in the original text layout.

EQUINOX PT 2

Drama

Just a modular doodle. I used 2 clocks with metronome outputs, put short delays with high feedback on them to make them start turning into audible tones, then went ham on effects and adjustments. Half the stuff I tried didn't work and I lost track of the routing, so I had to do a lot to save this one in post.

THE SEA  Part 4

I kept it pretty simple figuring the next two participants were going to add something to make it more interesting.  Pulled out my wooden tongue drum which I love the sound of but I don't always like the C Major scale it's in. I improvised a rhythm/melody with no click track.  There was only a bit of editing afterward to cut down the length. Added some delay to make it more interesting. This also kind of made the melody(s) more like chords because they ring out more. I was trying to make the rhythm sort of there but not there, garbled a bit by the delay.
