The sounds on Skyhook are inspired by a hunting trip bassplayer Snorre went on.
He discoverd that by whisteling a series of tones repeatedly in a
certain pitch, it attracked large numbers
of animals, making the hunting an easy jobb for him.
The tonepattern worked out so well the whole team of hunters later
used it as their victory hymn celebrating
their good outcome. Snorre later told us the story and we kindly asked
him to whitsle the notes which turned out to be the riff that was used
when we recorded Skyhook
