▌I Did your approach on creating music change during the pandemic and did it maybe even influence your style?
I actually released my first EP Drum Love during the pandemic, but I remember really needing to create some warm and sunny vibes, while looking through my window at the beautiful grey Berlin winter sky!!! Now I try to transcribe those warm percussive vibes to the dancefloor :)

▌II How did you prepare this mix and what was your main inspiration?
Tracks that got me movinnng when I heard them! Also played them this summer, so I am super happy to share those tunes in this podcast!

▌III What’s your favorite drink while being behind the decks in the Club?
I just discovered the magic of the Espresso Martini while playing, I am obsessed now!

It’s been a while since we last uploaded a Vacanza Radio since the whole crew was busy at @tarmacfestival. Now that we are back we’d like to share a mix by @laranovae who recently played a b2b at this years Tanzstelle with RN86

In 2017 nøvae stood the first time behind a small DJ booth in a bar in Lübeck. From this point her enthusiasm was sparked to play electronic music by herself. One year later she moved to Leipzig where she founded the muy bien collective with some friends. Since 2020 she is part of the Brotfabrik Crew and since 2022 part of the Seven Sins kinky party series in Berlin. She has already taken part in festivals like Wilwarin or Nation of Gondwana and has played in popular Clubs like Klunkerkranich in Berlin or Mjut, Elipamanoke and Westhafen in Leipzig. Characteristic is a melodic progressive style with some indie dance sounds. But depending on the evening it’s also possible to hear a classic disco track.

We are back to normal with our radio with an additional upload this Monday and will continue as usual from Friday onwards. Enjoy your week!
