Dustin Nantais makes his long awaited return to Manual Music after delivering one of the labels' biggest releases of last year with 'Apathy'.

The Toronto based artist delivers two delightful new tracks, kicking things off with the title track 'Last Legs'. A lovely piece of blissful dance floor euphoria that sits nicely in the middle of progressive melodic house and a more bigroom kinda sound. Sure to be dropped at many festivals this summer season!

On remix duties we welcome Argentinian rising star Emi Galvan on board, after already having released material by him on our MNL label. He brings that percussion driven South American touch which we love so much, and gives 'Last Legs' a whole different feel. Groovy!

The second original is titled 'The More You Do' and is a bit deeper and moody when compared to the opening track. The infectious bassline gently takes you on yet another trip to dreamland as the strings and arpeggiators get introduced subtly along the way. Proper emo vibes here!

Always end the thing with a bang we thought, so we asked Matan Caspi to remix 'The More You Do' and the result is nothing short of stunning! The Outta Limits label boss truly delivers on of his best remixes to date here with a driving chunky percussion fueled interpretation. Proper peak time dance floor madness right here!

Two great originals by Dustin Nantais topped off by two strong interpretations by Emi Galvan and Matan Caspi. What more can one ask for?

Dynacom has evolved into one of Argentina’s most thought after producers with works on Balkan Connection, BC2 and One of a Kind amongst others. He developed a unique style; a dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly fits in any kind of club or open-air festival. With our 111th release we welcome back Th;en & Las Von to ICONYC with their latest 2 track masterpiece 'Emery’. The duo who has been causing quite a stir with their progressive and melodic techno influenced driving productions. With releases on Selador, Sudbeat, Beatfreak, Click Recordings amongst others, they have gathered massive support from the world’s finest including Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Tale of Us, Eelke Kleijn, BOg, Township Rebellion, Dave Seaman, Bebetta and many more. 

On their return to ICONYC the duo’s maturity and musical development is in full swing, as we kick off proceedings with the title track ‘Emery’, a deep, hypnotic track which is interspersed with subtle effective percussion a profound floaty grooves and indie influences, turning this one into an underground anthem with a very soul tangling appeal, utilizing a hypnotizing groove as the basis of the track underpinned by a staccatoed bass that gradually eases its way to the breakdown of breaks percussive elements before unleashing into a rising melodic hook intertwined with the infectious vocal that fades in and out for maximum effect.

With ‘Luftklavier’ we welcome back Berlin based Joal to ICONYC. Passionate about his métier and adept in a variety of genres, ambience is an integral component in Joal’s production sound as melodic techno, deep and progressive house elements are closely tied to sensations ranging across the spectrum from melancholy to delight. ‘Luftklavier’ shows off the full sound spectrum with its melancholic moodiness shining through, as we meander effortlessly through club inspired melodies, while the sultry chords sit wonderfully on top adding an extra layer of depth. Joal delivered a beautiful piece of music that will find its way in the playing charts of the big-name brigade. 

On remix duty we have a remix courtesy of Mexican sound maestro Vazik, who delivers a trademark kicking mix with infectious chords, intense drums and smooth breakdown. It's all about the groove, cool house vibes and the driving beats that are working their magic around Vazik's wonderfully arranged keys that create an irresistible rhythm while clever chords take the mind on a trip. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. 

Next up we welcome Norris Division, famed for their intricate and refined productions. They created a rework full of good vibes from the word go, as the atmospheric beats subtly keep you moving with warm tinkling sounds, a smooth edge and some nicely effected sounding pieces. The sparseness is the key here, as this restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a warm glow, creating an air of sophistication.
