Closing set from Asylum Afterhours in Honolulu. Jan 17th, 2020.

With very short notice a usb was built from scratch. 24 hours later that usb was then played blind, to a live audience, showcasing Mettā's library at the best it has ever been. This 3 hour sunrise set shares a wide range of afterhours influenced genres. Including tracks from Solomun, Boris Brejcha and many more. Welcome to Sequences. We are delighted to bring you another podcast flowing with so many aspects of electronic music, names who you all know with some of their latest works, & more new artists to grace our airways too. These include Jonny Woods 100% solar-powered studio featuring a variety of esoteric modular synthesizers, like those from Buchla and Wiard.  Laroth & Spuntic on TXT recordings specialize in releasing ambient and downtempo IDM / Electronica, Merrin Karras mood with strong elements of Berlin School, space music, classic trance & ambient all intertwined. 
Magic Bullit (Mick Magic), a collaboration with french electro-experimentalist M. Nomized, a soundtrack to a film that does not exist by r.beny, Tauon a.k.a. Olaf Gretzmacher a German producer creates a percussive and spheric soundscape, & ‘White Noise’, the single from Sferix, a grooving & meditative chill-out track. 

On the ladies' side Ulla, letting space silence simplicity & repetition be her guide, Noveller forming unexpected sonic routes, her songs are vivid and cinematic telling intricate tales with each tone & swell. Cheryl B Engelhardt taps into a variety of moods with a blend of flowing piano bell chimes & tasteful electronics, with Romanian Alira Mun ethereal vocals over strange hypnotic beats.

Sverre Knut Johansen kicks off the show with a wondrous adventure through musical visions and sonic dreamscapes.
