الذكريات تجيء ولا تؤذي
ويأتي راضياً في الذكريات

متألقاً في زيّه حربيّ لم يتعب ولم يذهب
ويلعب ضد كل لاعبين على المكان ما غادر الميدان

لا في السلم مفتقد
ولا في الحرب مفتقد
ولا في المهرجان
مفتقد

ما غادر الميدان يخضر اخضراراً
أحمراً فوق الخنادق
أخضراً فوق الصنوبر
أزرقاً فوق الزمان

لتنام لتنام وتنام
نمشي حاملين إليك صفصاف الكرى
لتنام ملئ الصور
حراً مطمئنا كالحقول على بساط الفجر

نمشي باتجهاك بقوة الآلام نمشي باتجهاتك
تطرد خوفنا منا وتطرد ضعفنا

غضبي يرابط في ممر ضيق
بين الخيانة والامانة فاحذروا منّي

أنا المترنح الصامد أنا المتراجع العائد
أنا المتهدم الصاعد وأنا النهار المطفئ الشاهد
من أول الصحراء حتى البحر

Improviser & sonic storyteller from Aleppo, Syria, currently based in Bucharest, Romania.

My work is dedicated to decolonizing sound and challenging Western perspectives on non-Western music scenes, with a clear political stance against white supremacy. 

I studied classical and contemporary composition at the National University of Music Bucharest (2021), mentored by Mihaela Vosganian. 

Recently, I’ve been active with the AL.Ehtifal Project, a flexible body of musicians from different backgrounds who come together to create layered soundscapes through improvisation.
