Negative effects of Technology on mental health

This assignment was exciting because it allowed me to make new friendships with my
colleagues. In addition, this assignment helped me not to be shy as I wanted to know more about
the students and what they would do when they felt scared. The only thing that I found difficult
in this assignment was that a few people refused to do the podcast with me, which made me feel
annoyed and disappointed.

" If you feel scared, what will you do"

I created a short episode that was only one page in length. Despite its brevity, the episode was packed with action and suspense, and I utilized sound effects and music to enhance the listening. While the episode was short, it was designed to be a self-contained story that left the listener, eager to hear more. Overall, I found the experience of creating the audio drama to be both challenging and rewarding, and I look forward to exploring this audio  further in the future.

"Conversation between a king and a guard"

In my podcast demo, I choose the topic of mental health and well-being for AUC students. Through interviews with students, and mental health experts, I can find unique challenges that AUC students face when it comes to mental health, such as academic pressure, and social isolation. I provide practical tips and strategies for managing stress and anxiety through the professionals that I will make an interview with them. The podcast aims to encourage open conversations about mental health, and promote a self-care and well-being within the AUC community. Overall, I hope to provide a valuable resource for students to support their mental health during their exams time at AUC.
