“Our Story” is the band’s first album, recorded during 2013-2014, and released in 2015. The album includes 12 tracks with some instrumental pieces. 

The majority of the album’s lyrics were written by Jad Brek, a local poet from Occupied Golan Heights. Busher Abu Saleh, and Shadi Abu Jabal also, participated in writing a couple of songs. The Album talks about a range of issues: social, political and the daily struggles of the Arab youth. 

Hawa Dafi utilized its eastern and western musical influences to create a unique sound. The album is sure to take you on a journey with its atmospheric textures and flow of gypsy, energetic sounds.

Tom of Bedlam is one of the earliest songs about madness that was first introduced in 1618. Bedlam was a common name for St. Mary Bethlehem hospital in London (now called Bethlem Royal Hospital) which housed the insane. During the 18th century it was a popular diversion to visit the hospital to watch the antics of the poor inmates. Admission was one penny and it is said the hospital realized an income of four hundred pounds a year from visitors.
