Since I was 15 years old I had a passion for African music. Since I
had been watching videos of Black Coffee playing in great shows, I got inspired by it after
listening to the song ( Black Coffee feat. Toshi - Buya). In 2016 I started playing House
Music, as a DJ. After 3 year passed at the beginning of the year 2020 I entered the world of

Ahead of my gigs at Burning Man, the New York based podcast, Access Underground has asked me to do a set for them. It has been released on Mixcloud early July 2016 but I decided to post it here on Soundcloud with a downloadable option.

It´s time for the Hats & Klaps debut in Univack Records, an Italian duo of producers wich released music in respected labels such as in Jeahmon!, Voltaire or Inside Out. A summer oriented EP, with Melodic Tech-House vibes carefully selected to hit tboth club and festival.

3 tracks, with 3 different flavours but same spirit: dancefloor. "Upsidown" kicks off the package with a catchy melody and fresh vibes, "Role Model" is probably the more progressive cut in the EP and the last one, "Fog Garden" closes the release with a nice epic "2 minutes breakdown" piece.

Magit Cacoon returns to Rebellion with her second EP, History In The Makin’ . A brace of hypnotic originals supply dreamlike soundscapes, with LA-based DAVI remixing second track Aussi into a deep technoid realm. 

A slow forming construction builds around a sturdy sub-bass and unrelenting perc line for the opener, History In The Makin’ . Magit reveals, “the hypnotic, melodic repetition that concentrates itself on the vocal keeps one in the moment, in a crimson red frame of mind... warmth stemming from the beats do not take the fascination off the words sung but instead accompany them, making the track whole.” 

Second track Aussi leads with dynamic hat programming, as a calm, spoken vocal sends this already trippy cut into a something transcendent. DAVI ’s remix possess more bounce from the off, as he switches Magit’s minimalistic trip into a deep and techy groover. 

The Berlin-based producer/DJ began her electronic journey in her homeland, Tel-Aviv. She started Girl Unit in 2011 and has furnished labels such as Crosstown Rebels, Knee Deep In Sound, Variety Music, and Muna Muzik with her hypnotic sound, plus released her debut album Other Dimension in 2015 on Upon You Records.

Mel7em is a long-time Lebanese pianist and producer who kickstarted his new musical project in 2018. He released singles and EPs on various underground labels such as Dear Deer & Uxoa Dutxa Elite. We welcome him on Art Vibes with his ‘Broken Windows' EP presenting three of his latest productions.

‘Broken Windows', ‘Uncompromising', and ‘The Forgotten Tribe' are proper progressive melodic tracks blending oriental sounds with the power of all-electronic rhythms and grooves. Echoes of airy sounds mingling with stunning eastern melodies, yet remaining familiar to the ears of a contemporary electronic music enthusiast.

Turkish rising stars Lunar Plane gifted this EP with a club-oriented version of ‘Broken Windows'. No need to say this one is going to shake the dance floor this winter. Nacim Gastli's talent has always fascinated our audience and we are excited to have him remix ‘Uncompromising'. This time, he builds up this rework on a powerful trancy vibe. To complete this already eclectic tracklist, John Lead is back on Art Vibes to gift us with his own ethereal interpretation of ‘The Forgotten Tribe'. As always, the Portuguese producer designs the sound on point and the immersion into his alternate version is fascinating.
