“Our Story” is the band’s first album, recorded during 2013-2014, and released in 2015. The album includes 12 tracks with some instrumental pieces. 

The majority of the album’s lyrics were written by Jad Brek, a local poet from Occupied Golan Heights. Busher Abu Saleh, and Shadi Abu Jabal also, participated in writing a couple of songs. The Album talks about a range of issues: social, political and the daily struggles of the Arab youth. 

Hawa Dafi utilized its eastern and western musical influences to create a unique sound. The album is sure to take you on a journey with its atmospheric textures and flow of gypsy, energetic sounds.

Baladna – Association for Arab Youth presents this project: creating a music album which is the first of its kind, which brings together young Palestinian artists from all sectors in the name of Palestinian music, deliberately ignoring the historical and geographical division. This will be great chance to introduce modern artists to Palestinian youth who are desperate for fresh and young Palestinian culture.
