الفكره/ معارضه شعريه لسمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد لقصيده ابن عبد ربه الاندلسي "اعطيته ماسالا"
فكانت اشبه بالحوار.
قال الاندلسي:
اعطيته ماسالا حكمته لو عدلا
وهبته روحي فما ادري به مافعلا
اسلمته في يده عيشه ام قتلا
قلبي به في شغل لا مل ذاك الشغلا
قيده الحب كما قيد راع جملا

فقال سمو الشيخ: 
همت بظبي جفلا كالبدر لما اكتملا
ليس له من شبه فاق دلالا وحلا
اذا سالت وصله جاوبني بلا ولا
ياليت لو جاوبني عن لا بان قال هلا
معذب من هجره اشكو بعادا وقلا
روحي به هاىمة منه فقدت الاملا

A neve cai sobre Nova Iorque, enquanto o movimento da Quinta Avenida desaparece ao longe à meia-noite.
Escondida nas sombras, uma luz brilha de um restaurante repleto de história — Delmonico.

Apesar da noite de Natal, o lugar estava reservado.
Nas suas cadeiras sentavam-se tanto vivos quanto mortos, mas a fronteira era tão vaga quanto a própria noite, e ninguém se importava.

No centro estava sentado um velho vestido com roupas negras.
Seu chapéu vermelho balançava, mas seus olhos eram mais escuros que o abismo.

Satan Claus.

Guardião das almas, o ceifeiro que, algumas vezes por ano, ressuscita aqueles considerados dignos — o estranho mestre desta noite sagrada.

Nesta noite, ele reviveu duas “lendas.”

Charles Ranhofer (França)
Um gênio que alcançou o auge da cozinha cortesã em Nova Iorque.
Um homem que ouvia a voz dos ingredientes e gravava “histórias” em seus pratos.

Marcus Gavius Apicius
O lendário gastrônomo da Roma Imperial.
Um louco que transformou a comida em filosofia, vivendo como se devorasse a própria vida em cada sabor.

Sem hesitação, ambos se ajoelharam diante de Satan Claus.

“Esta é a prova em dupla desta noite.”
“Criem o maior jantar de Natal da história da humanidade.”

Um breve silêncio.
Então, no instante seguinte, duas almas se incendiaram ao mesmo tempo.

Ranhofer amarrou um avental negro como a noite nova-iorquina,
enquanto Apicius, com sua capa romana carmesim esvoaçante, foi atraído para a cozinha.

✨ O som do nascimento da culinária

A cozinha do Delmonico já não era mais um restaurante — havia se tornado um santuário.

Ranhofer comandava o fogo,
Apicius tecia fragrâncias como feitiçaria.

Seus movimentos lembravam uma dança.
Especiarias espalhavam-se como poeira de estrelas,
a carne brilhava como luar,
e os molhos fluíam profundos e doces como céus noturnos derretidos.

Cada prato era ao mesmo tempo arte e sedução:

• Uma terrina que levava o comensal pelas quatro estações em uma única mordida
• Um molho de vinho que despertava memórias na língua
• Trufas douradas tão divinas que até imperadores romanos se ajoelhariam
• E o assado de Natal supremo — quente e radiante, como se iluminasse o futuro do comensal


Não havia veneno algum.
Ainda assim, o sabor tocava diretamente a alma.

✨ A primeira e última ceia

No momento em que os pratos foram provados, cada convidado sorriu como se tivesse sido iluminado.

O sabor não era loucura, mas compaixão.
Ainda assim, sua bondade era avassaladora,
sua beleza insuportavelmente pura.

Prato após prato.

Cada alma foi libertada na felicidade,
cumprindo silenciosamente seu destino.

Uma cadeira, depois outra, ficava vazia,
até que apenas Satan Claus permanecesse.

Ele inclinou seu vinho e murmurou como um solilóquio:

“Perfeito.
A comida — tão bela que pode roubar a alma.”

Ranhofer e Apicius trocaram respeito através de seus pratos,
e então desapareceram silenciosamente.

Quando a cortina caiu sobre esta “ceia nunca repetida,”
as luzes do Delmonico tremularam suavemente.

Era a prova de que aquela noite realmente existiu,
e que ficou para sempre gravada no mundo como um milagre.
