hello everyoneeeee
it's been awhile since i've uploaded a track but i decided that i wanted to share this remix of one of charli xcx's latest tracks from her latest album 'how i'm feeling now' which i'm honestly super proud of and i can't wait for u guys to hear it and lmk what u all think!!!

i know there's still a lot of things going on with the world including covid 19 and the blm movement, but i just want to let you guys know that i've been doing whatever i can to be a part of the movement and educating myself on what i can do to use my privilege as a way to help and educate others and to acknowledge and take accountability for my past mistakes.  for the past couple of weeks, i've realized that speaking out is a muscle that i, as well as many people, have always struggled with. although i do have a fair share of being discriminated against due to my sexual orientation and ethnicity, the one thing i will never understand or experienced is being criticized for the color of my skin. it sucks that this privilege even exists and that there is even a system esp in america that put black and brown people in the back burner where they are being put in places they don't deserve to be in. it's my job as a person who has that privilege to really do more when it comes to speaking out against these racial injustices while also be open and willing to learn from my mistakes as well as how i can be a better ally for the blm movement.

long story short: wear a damn mask, black lives matter and will always matter, fuck 12 and this fucked up system that these so-called 'leaders' had the audacity to create, and if there is anything i've said that you feel needs to be corrected and if there's anything else i need to know, please feel free to contact me on all my social media or even comment on this track lol. ily guys so much and ily forever. <33

As you may know by now, my mom gave me a bunch of records she found in my childhood home's basement, stuff she listened to in high school and even some of my grandmother's stuff. Listening through them I instantly knew I wanted to comb them for samples and share with the world these warm, fuzzy relics of times past, weathered down by small scratches and countless play-throughs.
