In 2007 Ferry Corsten, Armand van Helden and Felix Da Housecat entered an equally promising alliance with Nelly Furtado as part of a special promotion for Samsung. The result was three completely revamped versions of the hit single ‘Do It’ from Nelly's best-selling album ‘Loose’ (more than eight million copies sold to date!). Each of the three top DJs has added their own distinctly personal note. 

The remixes have never been released, but were only available for Samsung users in 2007 – 2008.

What is laziness, really? On the one hand, it could be argued that laziness is the worst of human traits. We tend to look down on lazy people with a passion, don’t we? But how can we square that with the fact that just about every human invention of note was born out of laziness? I mean, it’s not like we invent things to make our lives *harder*, or more *inefficient*. We always make things easier, to the point where waiting even one second for something to load on our iPhone feels like an eternity. So we’re all pretty lazy. It’s true, by many traditional definitions, The Bearded Man is a very lazy man. But there’s a difference between moving slowly and not moving at all. Despite his sedentary outward appearance in a hammock by the beach, he’s definitely moving forward. The Grand Canyon was carved by a lowly river and plenty of time. So too is The Bearded Man crafting his legacy, one lazy day at a time. It might look like he’s not doing much, but you never can tell with real dreamers...

The Bearded Man was just 10 years old when he started his first vineyard. Not only did they say he was crazy, they couldn’t believe he could even lift the materials needed to get going. Still, this was Southern France in the 1800s, so nobody seemed to care all that much about what he was doing. Day by day, he got the supplies needed and built himself a small vineyard. He made sure that he didn’t drink the wine he produced, since he considered himself to be underage. He’d bring over some local adults he trusted, and they’d guide his process until he made wine that was acceptable. He got pretty good at it, and before long, his wine was selling decently at local shops. It continued that way for the next several years. When people asked what kept him going, he said: “every night as I went to bed, I told myself - ‘just one more night of darkness’”, and kept his vision for his life plan in his mind. His vineyard would someday impress the girl of his dreams (which it did), and that was motivation enough for him. When he finally turned 18, he tasted his own one wine for the very first time. “Rancid garbage!!” He yelled, and burned it to the ground then and there.
