In the early 90's, I lived in San Diego and was a member of Crash Worship, playing musique concrète style tape loops and processing effects, particularly the Digitech RDS digital delay.
I moved to NYC, set up a studio on the lower east side, and started working on putting together a band called Action Daddy. That carried on for about ten years, during which the studio relocated to Williamsburg and the digital recording revolution happened.
Music posted here was originally recorded and composed on all manner of gear - ADAT tape recorders, Roland and Tascam samplers, Logic 2, etc. - but mostly finished up with Digital Performer.
In 1995 I had a cup of coffee with Mackie as a sponsored artist for the 1604 mixer.
Since 2003 I've done video art and projection visuals with Psychic TV.
