Kulture Galerie started as a mix series from London-based duo Metropolitan Soul Museum. Show's concept is to invite guest artists to play home listening music sharing a variety of influences, cultures, and different dichotomies with the same form of expression. The various artists releases that will follow each year, will include 6 original tracks from the 6 artists involved in the shows.

Indigo Persona brings back a well-rounded 4x4 rhythm in his dreamy techno roller Zenith. Sprinkled with dark and cloudy pads to lead us into an 8-minute surreal trip to the underworld, this one is due to turn a lot of heads.

Timothy J. Fairplay presents ‘Dungeon Module Volume One’ an eight track compilation of tracks made by occasional visitors, Alias’s, pseudonyms, mystery producers, assumed names and alter egos who make music in Timothy’s Dungeon Module studio. Some of these tracks have appeared in Timothy’s dj sets and radio shows over the last year. 
Theres Timothy himself with ‘88 Manchester swimming pool party jam ‘Soap’. ‘Brain Wave’ by Humberside synth pop/new wave outsider Roland Telescopes. The robotic electro of ‘Northeast Sector’ by Zentraedi and closing side one with some deepspacetechno is MR. R.I.N.G. with ‘Mick’s Broadcast’ - taking its cue from a cut from the Running Man Soundtrack with a similar name.  Side B begins with Main Street Mining and the flanger heavy jackbeat of ‘Main Street’, then we have the long over due return of Antoine Rouge with the stomping euro dance of ‘Street Sucker’. Berlin school from Longo with its disco beat and monotone ‘Dancing Boys’ refrain. Finally the raw electro of Effectron ll ‘One More Day’ made with just an 808 and a Transcendent 2000.

Hailing from Saint Brieuc, France, Estuary Tapes kicks off its story by bringing to life a bold eleven-track compilation. On board: Tabensi, Théo Muller, and Transe Ar Gwez, the guides of the journey, plus Los Pashminas, A-Tweed (SXDNS222), Oltrefuturo, Kendu Bari, Shjva, XCI, Isabel Del Bosco, and Orphic – a true constellation of young and talented producers from various corners of this unfair and doomed little planet of ours who spared no efforts to bring the best of their games for the compilation.

From dusk till dawn, from darkness to light, the release encompasses many a genre and aims nothing but to please the fans of high-quality underground electronic music out there.

Premiered here, the stunning closing theme of the VA comes from the mastermind of the creative Portuguese virtuoso XCI. Named after the Greek god of fire, who is best known for defying his Olympian counterparts by stealing fire from them and giving it to humanity in the form of technology, knowledge, and more generally civilization, “Prometheus” comes packed with a magnificent cosmic and starry aura, as if its mesmerising synth layers were paying a tribute to the beautiful sky of Athens in 3000 BCE.

During summer of 2023 we got the idea to unite norwegian and georgian producers to a compilation for the further enhancing of our nations bond. Rather than just asking for tracks, we sent out an invitation commisioning everyone involved to make a smooth track. As per usual on LEK, there were no limitations in terms of genre, but the track had to be somewhat relevant to the floor.

The total variety of different expressions far exceeded our expectations, and we are proud to present this compilation ranging all the way from deep dubby downtempo, party house, electro in many forms, and multi-crossovers.

@Marco_shuttle first caught our ear many years ago when we discovered his music the old fashioned way, picking up his Clone Store Only Series record at Halcyon in Brooklyn. This mysterious record led to becoming obsessed with his incredible, self-released podcasts that were floating around online at the time so we reached out to him and ended up working together to put his Fanfara EP out on our label in 2014, when he was almost unknown in North America. Since then, his music career has grown in leaps and bounds. He’s no longer at his day job in the fashion industry but tours and produces full-time, releasing albums on his own Eerie Records, Donato Dozzy and Neel’s Spazio Disponibile, as well as a string of killer EPs on several respected imprints. His productions and DJ skills have led to repeat bookings at Labyrinth Festival, Berghain, Concrete, Fabric, De School and just about everywhere else around the world where discerning heads congregate to hear great techno. 

When Marco was in Brooklyn to play an 8 hour set at The Bunker Limited earlier this year he played some new demos that stuck out as something exceptional, even by his very high standards, and we knew we had his next record on The Bunker New York ready to go. We’re psyched to present these intricate and detailed jams for your enjoyment in foggy dance floor corners. These tracks all have that unmistakable Marco Shuttle vibe with plenty of deliberate, slightly twisting melodies, shadowy disembodied echoing vocals courtesy of @gabriellavergilov that let your brain fill in the meaning, underpinned with punches of tautly layered rhythms.

We have some „Food for Thought“ for you. On BAS007 Tripeo experiments with a diverse spectrum of motives. Three tracks, striking different cords with the inclined listener and an addition with Georgian flavor. Title track „Food For Thought“ starts off as a classically orchestrated techno track. With „Resist“ we dive into an electro-driven sketch and a bass line, lurking behind melodic corners. But it’s the B side where Tripeo’s wit unfolds: „Tuesday Blues“ comes along as a reminder to embrace joy on the worst day the of the week after a weekend to remember. Our very own HVL turns the track into a rolling and tripping beauty on B2.

Mojuba est. 2005 as a platform for the sweet sounds from the realm of deep house, but you know exception proves the rule. a.r.t.less is the outlet for the techno side of things, it is very likely to find some Detroit related sounds here. wandering music one of the younger members in the label-family is a platform for any other kind of great music which might not necessarily fit the other two labels so you can expect tracks and songs ranging from freaking minimal to modern classical or even experimental stuff everything can happen, there are no rules!
