Molly Vulpyne is a Dublin-based singer, guitarist, and songwriter known for her fierce presence, sharp lyricism, and genre-defying sound. Formerly of acclaimed punk duo Vulpynes, Molly first made waves with raw, high-octane performances that earned her a loyal following across Europe. Now fronting her own powerhouse outfit, Molly Vulpyne Band, she brings a matured, more expansive sonic identity to the stage one that fuses the edge of punk with emotional depth, gritty melodies, and fearless storytelling.

Her 2024 solo EP Amortise marked a pivotal evolution in her artistry, showcasing a more introspective and melodic side without losing the intensity that defines her work. The new band featuring Irish punk heavyweights Peter Jones (Paranoid Visions), Jay Bagnall (Paranoid Visions, Steve Ignorant Band), and Tony Carberry (The Lee Harveys) amplifies this vision with a sound that’s raw yet refined, loud yet layered.

Molly’s music is as emotionally charged as it is sonically ambitious, drawing comparisons to PJ Harvey, Patti Smith, and Wolf Alice. Her latest single, “Hook”, captures the tension between vulnerability and power, a standout track from her upcoming debut album Houndstooth and the Hum, due in late 2025.
