Gweithion ni gydag Ysgol Gynradd Creigiau, a'r cerddorion Sara Lewis a Dyfan Jones i greu caneuon newydd i ddathlu penblwydd Confensiwn y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar Hawliau'r Plentyn.

We worked with Ysgol Gynradd Creigiau, and the musicians Sara lewis and Dyfan Jones to create a new song to celebrate the anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
