Lightning on Galatea - a little something on the wild side! High octane prog/fusion instrumental with sizzling horns, keys/piano pyrotechnics, rip roaring sax leads, a positive blast of fine power drumming (and more!). Embracing something of the sound world of classic outfits such as Yes, Focus, Sky, Steely Dan and the like but at the same time distinctively original. Dave on keys, an assemblage of other fine international musicians in the mix and some dynamic mastering down at Abbey Road Studios (Simon Gibson). Surefire muso therapy for all who have a taste for old school instrumental high jinks.

This famous Sinatra signature song is a favorite of true Sinatra fans. This big band chart rocks, and has some great moments. As an old trombone player the T-bone solo is one of the finest ever, blazing bold, and I can't help but love it. I put this track down several years ago, and don't believe I ever posted it. Pulled it out of the archives. Hope you enjoy it! Tell me what you think, as your comments are always welcome and I love hearing from you.

First off i have to say a big Big thank you to my Son Rob for his great idea about the Pick up truck. Thanks Rob :-)  It really has added a new dimension to this little ole country tune . This is a real real " Pick me up Song " :-) The song is a  follow on song to "The Road" & " Ordinary guy. A song of Hope & friendship with a little sprinkling of Spirituality thrown in.  We all need someone to help us when we are down or Lost and in this song the " Pick up truck " symbolizes a friend or a spiritual belief. Something that we can relay on to help us through  the bad times. Just like an old pick up trunk sturdy & Reliable & Always goes the distance.
