This was my set from a fun new club night, called Space. This particular show was all-vinyl from beginning to end. So much fun spinning black wax again! It's way more challenging after playing digital for so many years, but the crowd loved it! So many nostalgic tunes all night.

Again, no tracklist for this mix. Half the tunes were white labels, or remixes by unknown artists. If you ask for an ID, I might remember what it is...

The future is queer. 
Molly started cutting her teeth on vinyl back in the early 00's and has been a staple in Calgary's dance community ever since. Heavily influenced by the breakbeat sound Molly has had the oppurtunity to open for such acts as; The Funk Hunters, Fort Knox 5, Rumpus, A Tribe Called Red, Smalltown DJ's, Neon Steve, K.Lab, Deekline, Annalyze and A.Skillz to name a few. Her years of passion and dedication to growing a strong and vibrant DJ community through her work with Girls On Decks has solidified her reputaion as a true leader, and a talented local artist and community activist.
Throughout her career, MollyFi has collaborated with prestigious organizations such as the Calgary Flames Hockey, where she served as the pregame warm-up DJ, as well as the Calgary Stampede, Calgary Pride, National Music Centre, Cirque de la Nuit, Telus Spark, Contemporary Calgary and The Calgary Surge basketball team.
Molly's musical style is a vibrant fusion of 90s dance, breakbeat, house music, funk, and Taylor. Yes, Swift. As an unapologetic "Gay Swiftie," Molly has found a niche and integrated Swift's music into her notorious "All Tay" DJ sets, captivating hundreds of fans at sold-out Swift dance parties throughout Calgary, AB and British Columbia. Who knew?!
However, one of the highlights of MollyFi's career was her debut performance at the legendary Shambhala music festival in 2019, where she took stage in the Fractal Forest. This opportunity further propelled her career and cemented her status as a sought-after DJ gaining her a spot in DJ Mags up and coming for 2019 and was invited back to the funkiest place on earth for 2023. She continues to captivate audiences and deliver unforgettable experiences at popular events, clubs and festivals in western Canada, including Wicked Woods Festival, Calgary/Edmonton Pride and Shambhala Music Festival.
She's a bitch on the pitch and has the skills to back it.
