This latest mix comes from Wilted Woman, an American producer based in Berlin. Her sound is unusual, a kind of choppy techno that's full of character and irreverence. She's released a bunch of tapes on different labels, as well as releasing a few by herself. She recently performed a thrilling live set for Siren on NTS, which is also worth your attention. On top of all that, she's got a release coming soon on @she-rocks-981855779 that ties together her club-ready impulses with more outré sounds. Her mix here flits between 90s rave, weird music not unlike her own (it could in fact be her own, there's no tracklist), Throbbing Gristle, DJ Richard and some strange pop. I hope you enjoy it!

Mat Dryhurst’s work has long been concerned with platform politics and decentralisation, manifest through attempts to seed alternative techno-cultural pathways through public proposals, teaching, and artworks. In this talk he will discuss our duty to the musical archive in the face of ahistorical algorithmic populism, and how now might be an opportunity to reconsider first principles. What do we actually stand for? How do we encode this ideology? Unpacking decentralised economic ideas such as DAO’s, Data Guilds and new Group Equity models, he will make the argument that we might want to consider a cultural hard fork.
