We were very happy to welcome him for a label night in October 2021 at 'Art Bei Ton meets End Of Perception' in Berlin. Here is a podcast inspire by the closing set he prepared for us.

Class 1990, Viels was born in a little city outside Milan (Italy). Early in his adolescence he discovered techno culture inspired by a book called “TECHNO“ by Christian Zingales. 

Having released his first Ep on Initial Berlin in 2015, Viels continued his musical path appearing with a track on the well respected dutch imprint Dynamic Reflection, followed by his debut ep “Distrophism” and contributing for the 10 years anniversary of the label, among some of the most recognised artists in the scene : Donato Dozzy, Mike Parker, Shifted, Oscar Mulero, Blawan, Ness, Jeroen Search and many more. 

Co-owner with Francesco della Sala of “End Of Perception”, Viels just released on label such Non Series and Semantica Records and it will appear soon again on Dynamic Reflection and debuting on Edit Select.

With an increasing interest and having performed in quality line-ups around the globe, with the likes of The Gods Planet, Svreca and Dasha Rush to name a few, Viels is establishing himself as part of a new wave of djs and producers approaching the contemporary techno scene.

"Joining RP's expanding roster is Andre Zufall, better known to many of you as Mon0. Having released several excellent albums on Kreislauf, Test Tube, Silent Season and Sublime Porte, he has spent quite some time refining his own special brand of deep ambient drones and rhythmic pulsing techno. Monophon is possibly Recycled Plastics' deepest release yet, in terms of complete disconnected minimalist techno - longform tracks filled with dark passages of drones and rumbling low end, which eventually give way to womblike rhythms and organic percussive elements that build up like a storm cloud. Mon0 is a master of hypnotizing you with frequency alone, before gradually lifting up the curtain and revealing the alien machinery he's built to receive and capture the raw slow breath of the cosmos.

Included on the limited edition CD-R version is an additional 9 minute track (Instability) plus three mutant remix works by Zzzzra, Zwei Kreise and Coppice Halifax. A full eighty minute sonic odyssey awaits you!
