Nice! This would mix beautifully with Ed Rush & Optical's wormhole album in particular.

The more I hear this tune, the more I like it. Takes me back to the late 90's. Proper techy dark.

Monden - Overtake

Monden is a Producer/DJ, a founding member of the band & DNB organization, Illegal Operations and owner of Novi Sad's underground record label - ILLOPPS records.

With energetic style, producing and mixing over the entire spectrum of Drum & Bass, Monden carved his name in the DNB world as one of the most gifted underdog producers of this kind of music.

Monden introduced a number of original Drum & Bass productions such as Secret Keeper, Metilparaben, The Hideout, Feed, Firewall and others.
Also, Monden has delivered some huge Drum & Bass remixes amongst which his remix of the theme from Requiem For A Dream movie has gone viral on YouTube. Other notable remixes include Monden's versions of Wu Tang Clan's 'Da Mystery of Chessboxin', The Prodigy's 'Firestarter' and remix of Black Sun Empire's 'Smoke'.

His first full-length album "Cortex Damage" was released in 2010. on ILLOPPS records. The 12 track album is considered to be a Drum & Bass Masterpiece and many tracks from that album found their way to the sets of huge DNB names.

Monden established himself on local and regional scene, performed on all notable festivals and venues, and worked with a lot of producers/DJ's but never chose to go on international tours.

At present time (2019/20), Monden is more focused on his personal and off-stage life, and business not related to music. He rarely performs, usually with friends and hasn't released new material for several years, though he's had collaborations on which he chose to remain uncredited. However, 18 Drum & Bass album folders with unfinished tracks and many other folders filled with projects in different genres paint a picture that this particular producer has a lot more stories to tell.
