EPM PODCAST 179 comes from Debbie. Debbie is a DJ, producer, and the principal operator behind the iideo label. In addition to curating iideo, he is currently focused on a collaborative musical project (aka band practice) with a dear friend, two birds, as well as new solo material. Debbie is driven by a deep and enduring curiosity about the transformative power and affective potential of music, raving, and communal dance experiences. This all comes together in a wide-ranging mix for EPM that joins elements of electronica, IDM, techno and electro into a bewitching melting-pot featuring the likes of DJ Spider & Lola, dBridge & Forest Drive West, Pervocet, Mike Parker, Feral, HVL, Kevin Gorman, Shoal, JMV and more.

His initial experience with DJing came in the form of a college radio show in Toronto sometime around 2006, which coincided with pivotal exposure to Toronto nightlife. Subsequent years saw him DJing and dancing across Chicago, Korea, New York, and Portland, where he now lives. Prior to launching iideo in 2021, he helped establish and co-manage the Chicago-based Don’t Trust Humans label, podcast and occasional event series.

iideo.k - Gerry Franke Remixed will be out at the end of August, followed later this year by new techno material from Makeen.

Shed is arguably one of the most diverse electronic music makers of our times and clearly one of our favorites.
Since his first release in 2004 on Delsin, followed by several albums on Ostgut Ton and his own Soloaction imprint, René Pawlowitz has established himself as one of the best contemporary techno artists and delivered essential releases on labels like 50 Weapons, Monkeytown, XL Recordings, Warp Records, Tectonic and Power House.
René is a raver at heart with a penchant for broken beats, which he expresses through various monikers such as Head High, WK7 and The Higher, to name a few.
With his latest project Hoover1, he has stepped deeper into jungle/drum bass territory.
Counting four releases so far, Hoover1 offers essential bass music that ranges from jungle to dnb to hardcore breaks. 
After smashing the Low_End Collective dance floor back in October, we are proud to present you the first ever Hoover1 mix, an one hour trip down the jungle, dnb, hardcore breaks and bass lane - we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Amen!
