We are pretty chuffed to see that two of our remixes are part of this years selections for the 'BEST REMIX' Category and amazingly we have an entry in the selection list for 'BEST TRACK' :-)... included in this set are the 2 tracks up for Best Remix.

Also we would like to put a mention for Joe and his 'Thetruejoe90' site for 'BEST WEBSITE/BLOG' category, he has been tirelessly working away covering most of the breaks artists out there with his Blog, giving honest reviews and support of his own back, we feel he deserves to named for this category :-)...

Monk3ylogic - BEST REMIX Catagory - Breakspoll 2012

Up and coming Texas based producer Hunter Vaughan makes his debut on AUX with an epic, tech-breaks number. Fusing chunky, tech-funk bass with a smooth production style, this rising young American producer surely has a great future ahead of him. His latest release ‘Krakken’ (Deathproof) has already been doing the damage on the Tech-Funk scene, so expect to see plenty more from this young prodigy during 2011.

Hunter’s Epic ‘Ragnarok’ is backed up with 2 excellent remixes from 2 stars of the UK scene. The 1st remix comes courtesy of Breaks legend Beta, laying down a funky, techy cut with his trademark deep sound and up and coming Bristol outfit Monk3ylogic, who ditch their usual 4/4 style in favour of a pounding, electro breaks workout.
