I made this a few months ago and before uploading something happened to 'me' which resulted in having no desire to upload it.
It was spontaneous and peaceful and familiar yet fresh and brand new. I have experienced it before but not wholly to this extent where it encompassed the whole of my existence.
It felt like death and also life, it was an end and also a beginning. 
I disappeared. My mind was still. There is only clarity in this space, and peace and love and bliss, yet they are not different but one.
There is no separation. There is no suffering. I stopped doing things, there was just bliss in being. 
Such extreme peace and bliss on all levels. Emotionally, psychologically and physically in such an ecstatic relaxedness I had never felt before. it’s like how you feel in deep sleep and yet the peak experience of your life, fully awake, and clear. My brain physically felt the most relaxed i had felt.
So I just spent my days in enjoying that, barely talking or thinking or doing, just enjoying the clear blissful state.
My body began doing many spontaneous things, things that make no sense to the conditioned intellectual mind which functions off the limited information it rationally can make sense of.
The body and minds movement and motivation was directed by the peaceful blissful state of mind. it is such clarity that once you experience it you know what it is and that you never want to leave it again. and it’s incredibly meaningful and important to stay in it and never forget it again.
There was no 'me' as I've known myself to be. I had let go of all past and memory and identification with thoughts. I have understood this intellectually for quite some time but only now it became my entire experience. There was no judgment, no limitation, no expectation, no projection, no fear, no doubt, no attachment and no things. All was and is unconditional. Unconditional love. Only truth and freedom.
As I began doing things it triggered mind, with definitions, labels, judgments, and thus suffering arose. This is like ripples in the ocean of the mind, making the clear reflection of our blissful self appear unclearly because the surface reflection is distorted. This kind of suffering is vey subtle, it’s not usually seen as suffering, but a small minor irritation, a tiny sense of limitation. It’s just when discovering this core heavenly state of peace, any tiny deviation from it is hellish suffering. I began a process of being active without identifying, letting the flow of life at peace and in bliss to direct all activity. Picking up the mind and entertaining thoughts without forgetting the heaven within. Everything is a trigger which was slowly being unwound as I began being without doing. Seeing an object triggers thought, a word for the object, imagination and memories.
Going at the speed of remaining in peace, the use of all the mental and physical faculties returned but now it’s the peace and bliss which uses them which cleaned all negative or false thoughts which were ignorant of the 
buddha nature which is within you.
