Technokunst - a Budapest-based collective of like-minded artists - is continuing its series of podcasts, showcasing some of the best talent of the multifaceted genre we call Techno.

Our next release, out for the Holiday season of 2022 is an excerpt of Stojche's vinyl-only set recorded in the Summer of 2022 at Alkototabor, Hungary (https://alkototabor.info/).
Stojche is a Macedonian-born and Berlin-based DJ, producer, and a dear friend to us. In this set, you'll hear him bringing Detroit schooled Techno with dub-leaning aesthetics, drawing heavily from the sound of the '90s and playing a top, strictly vinyl-only set.
Stojche is at the forefront of the Tangible Assets record label releasing vinyl since 2011.

Extruding elements of techno deepness out their usual cast to mingle them with that exploratory, jazz-inflected approach of his - subtly pairing the lingering beauty of stretched-out synths with that of free-flowing 4x4 grooves and haunting melodies, Efdemin entices us on a path of delectably focused and flavourful techno sensibility. An absolute pleasure and honour for us to round off 2022 in such good company.

The REC series compiles outstanding performances recorded in the club throughout the year, highlighting artists representing our love for electronic music.

Voiski is the kind of artist that stands out. Even surrounded by artists like Ben Klock, Shifted or Phara, as was the case when this set was recorded, Voiski’s radiance can be undoubted. Ruled by no textbook, the French artist delicately manages to combine both the ardor and elegance of his analog techno trademark.  

Embellished by the big system of our Room 01, synth parts are uniting with blaring basslines and an incessant galloping feeling. Hard to argue with the fact that Voiski is a techno stalwart, we can only hope to see him under our roof again soon.
