Rødhåd's next release will come via his Dystopian label and the sinister imprint is releasing an eight-track compilation to mark the tenth release. An ever-evolving entity, Dystopian is now also a fulyl functioning record label, booking agency and club night.

We've got the premiere of 'Like Tears In The Rain' from the compilation and Rødhåd has smashed this one out of the park. Menacing kicks, pulsating riffs and cymbals that thrash and crash profusely.

This weekend you'll be able to catch Rødhåd in his element as he heads to Belgium for I Love Techno festival. The long-standing party is highly regarded for its diverse line-up with a clear focus on bringing that techno heat and alongside Rødhåd on the day is DJ Rush, Dave Clarke and Brodinski b2b Gesaffelstein to name a few.

Fiedel joins Ostgut Ton with his new Substance B 12“

Where to start besides pointing out that Fiedel's debut solo release on Ostgut Ton has been long in the coming, and that it’s a glorious one at the same time. The Berlin-Brandenburg native was there when the wall came down, started DJing in the 1990s at Subversiv, began producing with Errorsmith as MMM in 1996, held a residency at OstGut from 2000 on, continued doing so at Berghain since 2004, runs his own labels Fiedelone and Fiedeltwo, used to work at Hard Wax record store and is a mainstay at Wax Treatment and Killasan Soundsystem.

The old hand of Berlin's Techno scene now presents himself fresh and in top form with his first full-length O-TON record, following up on his already intense contributions to our compilations Fünf (2010), Various (2013) and Ostgut Ton | Zehn (2015) with an even stronger three-tracker. Fiedel's production style breathes the spirit from the early days of Techno music: blending genres and techniques, not focussing on a narrow musical narrative, combining Techno, Acid, Electro, Jungle, Boogie, Dub music and Broken Beats. Substance B is the logical consequence of being an avid vinyl-focussed DJ, experienced producer and a meticulous sound engineer: a compelling sound for a modern age.

Taken from Bjarki’s expansive archive of unreleased tracks, Kraviz has brought together four tracks of mangled percussion, soaring synths and intense melodies to make for an idiosyncratic release.

Monnom Black is proud to present BODY MUSIC - the new album from legendary electronic artist,Thomas P. Heckmann!

Thomas P. Heckmann is a man who needs little introduction. The German producer has flexed his prowess across all shades of electronic music, but it’s his contributions to EBM-Techno, Acid, Industrial and Experimental that has earned him his notoriety, and it was in 1994 when he dropped an acid-tinged ‘Amphetamine’ as DRAX LTD. II that shot him into being recognised as a power to be reckoned with.

For the production of BODY MUSIC, Heckmann has utilised 30 years worth of acquired knowledge to create a hard-hitting album which bears all the grit Heckmann is renowned for. Harmonising analogue and digital wares to create an utterly immersive album over the course of 14 tracks.

Tracks such as Provide the Future, Bloody Vacant and Zeitmaschine are prime examples of how TPH can bring forth his charismatic productions into the contemporary techno climate, whilst sealing each track with his signature stamp. His vast knowledge of modular and analogue syntheses teamed with his ability to build tension proves optimal in BODY MUSIC’s storytelling. The album’s mission statement is simple: “Connecting the future with the past.” Tracks such as EBM3 start off where Thomas left off back in the early 2000s - sequels to EBM1 and EBM2.

The LP will be presented over three slabs of vinyl, with the album covering significant ground in techno, EBM, acid and electro (and many chasms in between). BODY MUSIC is a prime example of why TPH has remained so in demand and relevant over the years - and now more than ever.

Body Music will be made available on Triple Vinyl, CD & Digital. A 3-track EP album teaser will be released in February 2018, and will be followed by the full triple LP in March 2018.

On The World of Monnom Black II, new artists including VTSS, DIMI (AnD), Vladimir Dubyshkin, Hadone, Fractions, LDS, Aahan and Buried Secrets all throw down tracks which fuse tight machine rhythms with intricate detail.
