I know i am a hundred years late in replying to this podcast. But i have only recently began listening to your podcasts... I am currently going through some personal stuff, and every morning i cannot wait to get to work so i can log on and listen to your podcasts. They are literally giving me life!! And so, I just want to say thank you... For being real, and honest and pretty much someone i wish i had as a friend in real life! I am on episode 27, and i literally never want the podcasts to end. You are a brave woman, and you truely make me realise its ok to be a mess at times (not that im saying you are a mess ;) Just saying we human... and that WE ARE NOT ALONE in this thing we called life! ;)

This week on Monocycle, after a sharing a personal story about a failed IVF implant in the moment, Leandra reflects back one week after. She makes the point in the difference between sharing thoughts and emotions immediately and in the moment, versus after the fact, when one is able to "package" their feelings just a bit more.
