Delving deep into his own musical knowledge, Dennis tried to make a showcase of the music he really feels and believes in. A journey through the deep in the first 30 minutes, getting a bit more housy through the rest. All skillfully mixed, phrased and timed. This isn’t a podcast where you press play and forget it’s playing, it’ll keep pulling you back through sheer musicality, see for yourself."

"Because SEKOIA and its founders are very dear to me, I tried to make something special for this podcast. It's difficult to step away from your usual process of making a set and try to approach it from a different angle. The most important premise for me was to select tracks solely based on me having a special connection or feeling with the track. While at the same time trying to let go of certain boundaries I have set for myself after years of playing and listening to electronic music. That way aspects like genre, dance floor orientation and progression became less important, though of course I did keep them in mind to some extent.

I tried to put all my musicality in one hour by combining tracks I wouldn't normally choose. This made it much more difficult to mix but I'm satisfied with the result. It's not perfect but I wanted to make something personal, something genuine, something sincere. I hope you will enjoy this modest journey of my interpretation of contemporary electronic music."
