Annie says: "The moon for March is known today as the Worm Moon. However, the roots of the moon names are lost “in the mists of time” as they say. So after some discussion, Andreas and I came to the view that this March moon was most probably named after the Old English/Saxon word for ‘dragon’ which is ‘wyrm’, as it is known in the 10th century epic Beowulf, and that the common-or-garden worm was named after its mightier mythical ancestor. So here it is, and we hope you like it!"

Bane:9 est batteur, il produit une musique essentiellement rythmique imbibée d’énergie stoner. À la croisée de l’indus et du dub, il génère des textures denses et saturées. Un nouvel album aux rythmes lourds où il convoque une foule de sonorités aux cliquetis cybernétiques crasseux et tenaces. Les tracks transpirent le live, des salves breakées et organiques qui nous invitent à participer aux grondements qui soulèvent la terre. Un album qui nous parle d’un monde qui se fait taper sur la gueule mais qui persiste.

Bane:9 is a drummer who produces music that is essentially rhythmic and imbued with stoner energy. At the crossroads of industrial and dub, he generates dense, saturated textures. A new album with heavy rhythms where he summons a crowd of sounds with dirty and tenacious cybernetic clatters. The tracks exude live energy, with broken and organic bursts that invite us to participate in the rumblings that shake the earth. An album that tells us about a world that is being beaten up but persists.
