"DAORACLE DUSTYROZE" 
is synonymous for speaking the unspoken, "I've been woke!" A Rebel with a cause & on my second coming to bring back the essence of what Hip-Hop meant for the first and second generation of Hip-Hop and "never" bowing to the In-Dustrious. I actually started my music career in the early 1990s as one half of the first female rap duo from the Island of Staten, NYC ... "Rukus & Komotion", two thoroughbred S.I.N.Y  Representatives. My Best-friend/Sister Rukus and I formed our group in early 1993 and after signing a management deal with A.J.A.M of "Rhythmatic Entertainment" We later went on to sign a record deal with his independent Label "UMMAH RECORDS" Subsequently we went on to release two official underground Hip-Hop singles "Been So Long" (Misbehaving) followed by "Top Gunnaz" both released in 1997 on our infamous "Blue Cassette" .. While working on our debut Album "Society Under Seige" my Sister Renee aka Rukus was killed ( may you sleep in eternal peace Beloved) by a drunk driver in 1998 following a wrong-way Collision that took the lives of five people, including the drunk driver of the car that struck the vehicle she was a passenger in, as well as his passenger. Music is a lifetime dream that I  shared exclusively with Renee "Aka" Rukus. I abruptly hung up my microphone,  grieving heavily for a long time. I never felt right about giving up on our dream, as I know she wouldn't have wanted that. 

My sole desire is to cause reflection and dig into retrospect so that through my creativity, we can once again "collectively" unite as a force to uplift the masses through positive influence.  I believe that "music" soothes the savage beast and today, that's "ironic" actually in the fact that the "music" the In-Dustrious are pumping out by the mili-second quite generically is actually "stagnating" the culture of Hip-Hop, serving the "beast" and subsequently influencing the masses in a negative  context.  For me, that's dangerous, and for humanity, it should be more so due to the fact that hip-hop is no longer considered to be a minority stuffed inside the Inner-city communities. Hip-Hop is Global. Many would be surprised to know that in some third world nations where electricity is considered to be an entitlement not a "right" there are people in villages with no shoes or running water that can recite every lyric from every song off the "Fugees" THE SCORE album or every track from "The Wu-Tang Clan's" 36 CHAMBERS album. 

Music like that, which breaks, both language and socio-economic barriers, is universal and timeless because it SPEAKS to the hearts of people, about and FOR the people.  That's the "art" I want to make, even if it's one album or one hitter. If I can leave this earth knowing that I may have touched a handful of people across the world in under 4 minutes' time, then that's a lifetime accomplishment for me. Why? Because I would know that I had planted a seed in a bunch of different directions across a global scale and that seed has the potential to grow, even if it's long past my alloted time here. Bottomline... I'm just another spiritual being having a human experience, and my tongue is my sword,  like the words that fire from me are my darts... I'm a leader on this underground railroad train of thought. One of many. Connecting the truth seekers and shaking the sleepwalkers. Forever ignited by my conglomerate of voices for the voiceless. I'm "never" the conformist, that's why the industry missed me. I've been charged with  unlocking the chains ⛓️ of the YOUNGWORLD OPPRESSED, and I stand strong  on the Frontline for the people... #TENTOESDOWN
