Vs. Angiotenna | the fun gang has officially pushed angiotenna to his limit!! a gauge is put up at the beginning of the fight, indicating the PRESSURE. the more ACTs completed or damage tenna takes will increase the PRESSURE. If the PRESSURE reaches its max, angiotenna transforms into "Tenna PRIME" (reminiscent of the tv head from the deltarune trailer, 3d model and everything). all of his stats are raised, but attacks are slower.

but now, any ACTs will reduce the PRESSURE. once it hits the minimum, angiotenna reverts back to the small form. lower stats but attacks are quicker. (main inspo is the wisdurm fight from bowser's inside story)

during the fight, angiotenna can call on one of the Tenna Clones to help him. additional clones make his attacks more difficult (and increase PRESSURE), up to a max of 2 clones at a time. the additional bullets are based on the type of clone it is (basketballs for "sportstenna", raindrops for "weathertenna"). a series of ACTs can be used to destroy or ward the clones off.

the ChimeraTenna clone can show up only if the fun gang let it out during the Laugh Lab segment. it will help the fun gang by attacking angiotenna and push the gauge to 0 (if the PRESSURE is higher than that) and stun him for a turn.

SPARE: expend all the clones and use a certain ACT on the small angiotenna form (PRESSURE has to be 0)
FIGHT: reduce angiotenna's health to near 0; in which he will yield.

- Engage / EngageX // Disengage / DisengageX: changes depending on which direction PRESSURE is going
--- Laugh: "You laugh at Tenna. The Gauge fills!"

(if you havent gotten already, the whole pressure mechanic was incorporated because angiotensin (the hormone) is involved in vasoconstriction, aka blood pressure increases and hypertension)

(ACE inhibitor medication prevent the ACE enzyme from converting angiotensin 1 from becoming angiotensin 2, reducing blood pressure; the one showcased here is Enalapril)

It's been a little over a year since the Monster Mix soundtrack concluded! While I haven't come to reveal Chara's fate, I do have some fun, unused content I've been meaning to share.

Before SOUL Purpose, the original idea was for the Determination replacement to simply be a piano cover of Determination. The general context behind it was, to my recollection, the same as it is for SOUL Purpose, with it essentially being (a memory of) Frisk's friends cheering them on as their life hangs in the balance.

CANARY

op. 87/2025

Monster Mix is an Undertale AU made by a friend of mine back in 2016-2017. They've unfortunately since left the Undertale SoundCloud scene, but I still look back on this AU rather fondly. We've gone through numerous attempts of reiterating the AU, but the approach I'm taking here is having it based heavily on the oldest versions of the roles we had decided on. While the newer ones were definitely very cool too, it doesn't feel right to do that new take without them on board.

The roles will be revealed as time goes on, but there's a decent chance they're already known to quite a handful of you.
