⛓ DJ Kolu

was born in Hungary.
In 1999, when he was 14, he goes to his first techno party.
Approximately in 2002 he had the opportunity to learn DJ technology with Pioneer 100.
Since then, he has been playing at private parties and with his buddies, he has been making illegal rave parties.
He takes a break from 2011 to 2015, but he can‘t live without techno. 
In 2016 he started his radio career. First he plays in a small private internet radio, then he has his own seminar in Techno4Ever. Later he takes part in a DJ voting and got his first gig in Berlin. 
At this time, Kolu plays dark, hardtechno and schranz. 2018 he completes his first own EP and after then he turns remixes into multiple contests. 
His heart still beats for german dark and hardtechno.

Another artist, interview, and set that is dear to our heart – over the past few weeks, HLUNKE has become a stable of our daily playlist. What makes this one unique is that we had much time to exchange apart from working towards the actual goals of the collaboration and get to know one another. There are many shared interests but also other things that connect. We are thrilled that we can share this banger of a set. After the pandemic, we really look forward to party with one of the finest German underground techno community. HLUNKE is also part of Dopaminmangel Events which has also grown close to our hearts. Active on the scene since 2001 and producing music since 2008, Monster Mush is a well-established figure in the Hardtechno and Schranz landscape. Renowned for his raw energy, high-octane performances, and sharp technical skills, he has ignited dancefloors across the globe with his unmistakable sound and stage presence.

After earning his stripes with residencies and key appearances in clubs throughout Belgium, Monster Mush quickly expanded beyond borders, building a strong international reputation. He has played at iconic festivals and venues across Europe and South America, including Nature One, The Qontinent, Liberty White, City Parade, Apokalypsa, Techsound Festival, Fabrik Madrid, and Ms Connect, among others.

He’s known for signature tracks like “Hardtechno Is Not a Crime,” “It’s That Time,” “After Midnight,” and “Adicto,” and has released numerous hard-hitting remixes of anthems like “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” “Sweet Dreams,” and “This World,” earning support from top DJs in the scene. In 2021, Monster Mush marked two decades in the industry with the release of his full-length album Blind Passion, a celebration of his multi-genre approach within Techno, Hardtechno, and Schranz.

Over the years, he has collaborated with respected artists such as Rebekah, Greg Notill, Lukas, O.B.I., Pet Duo, Mario Ranieri, Barbers, Nobody, Bruce, Luckes, Haze-C, Lukas RHT, Remy-X, and many more.

Since 2022, he has held a new residency at Barrio Brussels, while continuing to perform in countries like Portugal, Spain, Italy, and his traditional South American tours, keeping the underground vibe alive and pulsing.

His music has been released on respected labels such as Intensity, DSR Elements, Mad Made, Techsounds, Hardcodelia, Gnot, Cannibal Society, Reconstruction, Subtracktor, TechnoPride, and his own imprint, Trivialbookings.
